An individual yoga session is a 60 minute session tailored to your individual needs. If you are new to yoga these sessions can serve as an introduction to the components of a yoga class.

In these sessions you are guided through a series of restorative postures to promote deep rest to body and mind. Some ideal times for a spa yoga session would be at the start of vacation, upon returning from travel to offset the effects of jet lag, or when you feel depleted and are in need of recuperation. Results are similar to a bodywork session in that overall muscle tension decreases.
