Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice devoted to relieving the effects of chronic stress. Yoga tells us that all of life is sustained by one ever-renewing source. When we practice restorative postures, we are restoring our link with this enduring and silent source and are tuned in to the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Restorative postures are adaptations of classic yoga postures. Because one is completely supported by bolsters, blankets and props, practicing these postures will help build stores of energy that can prevent conditions of depletion and can pave the way toward sustainable health.

In these classes you will be guided through a series of restorative postures while learning how to create the conditions for practicing at home.

There is a way between voice and presence where information flows.
